job description
1. drive revenue lewat growth initiatives & partnerships (60%)
presentation of mental health services to potential corporate clients
identification and approach of doctors for pharmacy referral collaboration
clinic pitch to doctors for recruitment process
direct follow-up with leads from digital campaigns to ensure clinic visits and revenue realization
ensure reminders and scheduling of patient follow-ups
coordinate with content and advertising freelancers on meta/tiktok, and monitor overall campaign execution
2. business strategy, branding & analysis (20%)
track performance metrics: revenue, number of patients, service uptake
support business planning with trend research, pricing, and new service ideas.
conduct monthly competitor scans for clinic & pharmacy services
design brochures, flyers and presentations for events, packages and workshops
pantau digital kpis: ad reach, lead conversion, cost per lead, dan status follow-up
monitor social media performance: reviews, engagement, follower growth, and content reach.
3. operational support (20%)
check vendor invoices, discounts, and drug stock quality
maintain procurement records and vendor dashboards
manage purchases, utility payments and documentation
support recruitment tasks: assist with staff recruitment plans
