finance staff requirements and job description

as an accounting staff at caigle chemicals indonesia, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. you will assist in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and budget tracking while maintaining the company's financial integrity. this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- analyze financial trends and risks to support the company in making strategic financial decisions.

- ensure compliance with financial regulations and update processes as required.

- oversee tax reporting and ensure timely payment of taxes.

- stay informed about changes in tax regulations to maintain compliance.

- handle financial transactions such as receipts and payments.

- regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

- manage vendor payments and customer collections efficiently.

requirements:

- minimum education: bachelor’s (s1) or associate’s degree (d3) in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- proficient in microsoft excel and sap (or other erp systems).

- skilled in preparing and generating financial statements.

- capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- strong communication and teamwork skills.

- strong numerical ability and analytical skills

- additional qualifications: brevet a/b certification is preferred.

- additional qualifications: fluency in english and mandarin is preferred.
