responsibilities:

• identify and pursue potential leads to generate new business opportunities
• develop and implement strategies to boost sales for the company using various sales and marketing methods
• engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
• manage the company’s instagram account by responding to inquiries via direct messages
• oversee and manage online travel agency (ota) listings and bookings
• communicate regularly with the owner to provide updates on sales activities and results

requirements:

• indonesian citizen
• proven experience working as a sales executive or in a similar role
• excellent in written and spoken english communication
• strong attention to details
• open-minded and adaptable to new ideas and methods
• excellent communication skills, both with the team and clients
• previous experience working in the hospitality industry
• experience in marketing and sales
